Responsibilities

Project Setup

  • Establishing the foundational environment for Shopify projects, including store configuration and customization.

GitHub Setup

  • Configuring GitHub repositories for version control and ensuring seamless collaboration among development teams.

Search Functionality Fixes

  • Resolving inconsistencies in product search results by aligning product titles with corresponding images (e.g., ensuring the displayed image matches the product color specified in the title).

Google Tag Manager (GTM) Management

  • Creating new tags and removing outdated or unnecessary ones to ensure efficient tracking and analytics setup.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Implementation and Metrics Tracking

  • Setting up GA4 and configuring metrics such as bounce rate, time on page, and funnel conversion rates.
  • Monitoring the conversion funnel, including session counts, pageviews, and completed sales to analyze performance and optimize conversions.
  • Investigating data trends and anomalies to ensure accuracy and actionable insights.

Reviews and Product Detail Page (PDP) Fixes

  • Correcting issues with product reviews display.
  • Addressing redirect problems on PDPs when variants are changed, ensuring a seamless user experience.
