Responsibilities

  • Customizing a premium Shopify theme to align with the brand’s aesthetic and functional needs, incorporating a bespoke header and footer to enhance navigation and brand consistency.
  • Developing reusable Shopify sections that enabled easy content management and customization, providing the client flexibility in updating their storefront without code changes.
  • Ensuring the website was fully responsive, delivering an optimal experience across all devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones, with a strong focus on user experience and intuitive design.
  • Collaborating closely with the brand team to ensure all technical aspects, from design to functionality, accurately represented I AM VOLYA’s focus on Ukrainian culture and empowerment.
  • Providing post-launch support and ongoing technical maintenance to ensure smooth functionality and implement any necessary updates or improvements.

Home page Hero Banner

Developed a flexible hero banner component that allows for easy updates, including the ability to change images, modify content, and adjust the placement of the image (left or right).

Create a custom sticky header and menu that stays fixed at the top of the page while scrolling with the possibility to disable it. Include the ability to highlight specific menu items to indicate the current page or draw attention to important sections, with easy customization options.

Footer

Develop a custom footer with the contact form and links based on the design provided by the customer. The footer should be easy to manage, with user-friendly options to add, edit, or remove links as needed, allowing for seamless updates and customization. This will provide the customer with full control over the footer's content while maintaining a consistent and professional design.

Collection page

Set up the logic for filters and modify the collection template based on the selected Designer. The collection information and images will be dynamically displayed on the collection page according to the Designer. Additionally, update the product grid view to reflect these changes, ensuring a seamless browsing experience tailored to the Designer selection.
